Despite never hitting it big on the charts, BESTie have become one of K-pop's more popular and well-known 'underrated' girl groups. So, naturally fans were left devastated on Tuesday when two of the group's members, Uji and Dahye, announced that they were leaving BESTie after more than four years with the group.

The group's agency, YNB Entertainment, has said that the remaining two members, Hyeyeon and Haeryung, will continue with individual activities for the time being. They also left the door open for a BESTie comeback with new members, but nothing has been confirmed yet.

After the announcement, many fans took to Twitter to express their disappointment over the situation. Others used the moment to highlight how many underrated groups are out there right now, and how we should pay more attention to the smaller groups instead of just the big artists.

BESTie debuted in 2013 with "Pitapat." The group received a lot of attention after their debut because three of the members were previously in the original lineup of EXID. They had a lot of memorable singles throughout their career, including "Excuse Me" and "Thank U Very Much."

The girls will definitely be missed!
