Universal Studios Japan (USJ) will introduce Sailor Moon and Final Fantasy themed rides to the amusement park. USJ has yet to reveal information about their Sailor Moon ride, but plan to unveil it during Japan’s Spring 2018.

A Final Fantasy themed simulation ride called Final Fantasy XR Ride will be at USJ from January 19 to June 24. Final Fantasy XR Ride takes fans on a mock airship ride through the series’ history. The ride is officially sponsored by Square Enix with visuals produced by Final Fantasy cutscenes animators, Visual Works, as well as a logo designed by series illustrator Yoshitaka Amano.

The Osaka-based amusement park has temporarily acquired a number of licensed rides, including exhibits based on Neon Genesis Evangelion, Attack on Titan and Resident Evil. According to the park’s website, the Monster Hunter and Detective Conan amusements will also return sometime in 2018.
