LOONA (stylised LOOΠΔ) are K-pop's best kept secret. The girl group have yet to officially debut, but they're building fans through an ambitious pre-release project that sees the members slowly unveiled each month through solo and sub-unit albums.

The latest LOONA release is from the unit Odd Eye Circle, and it seems to be the most popular one yet. Shortly after the release of their Mix & Match mini-album last week, the album shot straight to No. 2 on the U.S. iTunes K-pop chart, just behind BTS' Love Yourself: Her. It also reached No. 12 on the Pop Albums chart.

Odd Eye Circle have started promoting on music programs, which is something LOONA have yet to do outside of their LOONA 1/3 unit, who had one solitary performance on Inkigayo earlier this year. So far, Odd Eye Circle have performed on M! Countdown, Inkigayo, and The Show, where they've been met with the kind of enthusiastic fan chants usually reserved for established groups.

Even the group's social media channels are growing, with their YouTube channel crossing 111,000 subscribers this week.
