It goes without saying that TWICE have had a big 2017 so far, with two successful comebacks (and one coming up very soon) and their well-received Japanese debut, and their achievements this year have been recognised by none other than Billboard!
The renowned music publication just published its annual "21 Under 21" list, which lists the 21 most talented and powerful young artists of the year who are under the age of 21, and TWICE have managed to make it in at No.18!
Joining the likes of fellow big-name young artists like Shawn Mendes, Lorde, and Khalid, TWICE were praised by Billboard as a "robust collective" that "delivers a combination of catchy hooks, kooky concepts and choreography that nabs it consistent No. 1s in Korea, while its 2017 EP Signal landed at No. 3 on the World Albums chart."
TWICE aren't letting fame get to their heads though as the girls issued a statement in response to Billboard's honour, writing that "the great love we have been receiving is still dreamlike" but they "still need time to grow."
A big congrats to TWICE for making it in Billboard's "21 Under 21 2017" list!
