1. Jung Chae-yeon (DIA)
Chae-yeon made a positive impression on the public when she joined trainee survival show Produce 101 Season 1. She ended up with 215,338 votes in the final episode and secured her spot to debut with I.O.I. Chae-yeon has since ventured into acting, being the lead role for dramas 109 Strange Things and I Am.
2. Lee Hong-gi (FTISLAND)
Hong-gi is the main vocalist of rock idol group FTISLAND. The group has been around for 10 years and it’s safe to say that Hong-gi is the most popular member. There's a variety of reasons, first Hong-gi has appeared in numerous variety shows over the years showing off his out-going personality and secondly, as the frontman of the group he usually takes up most screen time. The other four members (Choi Jong-hoon, Lee Jae-jin, Song Seung-hyun and Choi Min-hwan) also work outside the group doing acting roles.
3. Kwon Nara (Hello Venus)
Nara debuted with Hello Venus in 2012 and became popular for her model-like features. Lately, she has become a commercial queen landing multiple endorsement deals including Buckaroo which she filmed with Running Man star Lee Kwang-soo. Nara starred in her first major role in romantic comedy Suspicious Partner.
4. Ahn Sol-bin (LABOUM)
Sol-bin has become the face of LABOUM through her unique and charming personality; telling 'dad jokes' just about any chance she gets. Sol-bin has appeared on a number of popular variety shows individually from her group including Happy Together, Running Man and being the co-host of Music Bank with Lee Seo-won.
5. Cheng Xiao (Comsic Girls)
Cheng Xiao is an incredibly talented ballet dancer, being able to pull off unbelievable stretches. When she showcased her rhythmic gymnastics skills at the Idol Star Athletics Championships she left fans and fellow idols in awe. She's received offers for photo shoots, commercials and variety show appearances in South Korea and China.
6. Zico (BLOCK B)
Zico is the leader of hip-hop idol group BLOCK B for a good reason; he’s extremely gifted at composing and producing songs for the group as well as other artists including PSY’s "I Love It" and Kim Se-jeong’s "Flower Road." Zico also does regular variety show appearances on Infinite Challenge, and is a producer for rap survival show Show Me The Money.
7. Cha Eun-woo (ASTRO)
Eun-woo is part of idol group ASTRO who debuted in 2016 under Fantagio Music. The public first took notice of him because of his good looks, and people compared him to an anime character. But when he started to appear in variety shows without his members such as Law of the Jungle and Happy Together the public started to see that he was also a very charismatic person.
