It's a cute concept with an edgy song. What?!

CLC have been all over the place this year when it comes to their sounds and concepts.

The underrated girl group first returned in January with the edgy 4minute-inspired "Hobgoblin," but then did a complete 180 by doing a dreamy, Japanese city-pop concept for their next single "Where Are You?" When that disappointed on the charts, the group started promoting one of their b-sides, the bubbly Apink-esque "Summer Kiss."

Now they're back again with another b-side from their Free'sm mini-album, "I Like It." This one is quite interesting because it was produced by the same team behind "Hobgoblin" and 4minute's "Crazy," so it essentially sees CLC going back to that sound once again.

Despite the badass sound, the performance music video for the track sees the girls dressed in sporty cheerleader outfits, which is usually something we associate with cute concepts.

I'm not really sure what's going on with CLC right now, but there's no denying that their music is great so I can't complain!
