Late last year, CL surprised her fans by leaking a 90-second snippet of one her unreleased music videos called "All In." At the time, the K-pop rapper said that posting the clip "may get me in trouble" but that it was "worth it" for her fans.

We haven't heard anything about the video since, but now a new feature on CL in American publication The Fader has shed some light on the situation.

According to the article, "All In" was filmed in 2016, and was scheduled to be CL's follow-up single to "Lifted." However, it was scrapped for unknown reasons, and CL has yet to release any English-language music since.

“I kind of gave up on that video,” said Matthew Mazur, a stylist and friend of CL's who worked on the clip. "It was supposed to come out [in 2016], but it never did.”

The video's director Dave Meyers also weighed in, telling The Fader: "Most of the other artists I work with [release the video] literally the day I finish [it].

"It was nice to see her leak it, but it’s actually a good time for me to call her and ask what’s going on. Like, "What the hell? You’re so f***ing talented.'"

Hopefully CL's English-language album can come out soon, because we know that when it finally does it'll be worth the wait.
