It's not easy but these artists have proven they have the longevity to stay in the K-pop game. Here are 5 veteran K-pop groups and singers who this year will be celebrating their 10th year anniversary since debut.

1. 2PM

After debuting on September 4, 2008 with their hot track "10 Points Out of 10," 2PM will be celebrating their own big 10 this year. The members are currently directors of JYP Entertainment and are the company's most senior group today.

2. IU

IU debuted at the young age of 15 (international age) with the track "Lost Child" on September 18, 2008. She had a rocky start to her career but 10 years on, she is one of the most popular and best-selling solo artists in K-pop today.

3. U-Kiss

Although they have gone through a few member changes since their Korean debut with "Not Young" on August 28, 2008, U-Kiss have managed to stay strong throughout the years. This year will mark their special 10th year anniversary. Members Eli and Soohyun have been with the group since its formation.

4. SHINee

SHINee debuted as young teenagers on May 25, 2008 with "Noona Is So Pretty (Replay)." They are one of K-pop's most iconic groups, known for their trendsetting fashion, complex synchronized dance routines and amazing live vocal performances.

5. Davichi

Since their debut on February 4, 2008 with "I Love You Even Though I Hate You," female duo Davichi have enjoyed consistent commercial success in Korea with their chart-topping singles. To celebrate their 10-year anniversary, the vocalist duo released their third full-length studio album, &10, earlier this year.

These singers have given us a decade's worth of great music in K-pop. May they continue for many more years to come!
