BTS recently announced a comeback with "Love Yourself: Tear" set to be released on May 18.

Now it's been reported that the album has already exceeded 1.44 million in domestic orders in Korea alone.

According to iRiver, who've been taking preorders of the album in Korea, they've registered 1,449,270 orders in Korea since presales opened on April 18, with the numbers including dates until April 24.

This marks a 400,000 copy increase from BTS' previous album, "Love Yourself: Her" released in September 2017.

BTS also recently announced that they'll be performing at the Billboard Music Awards on May 20, two days after their album release.
