When you think of girl group members you might think of delicate idols. Here are members who crush that theory with their Wonder Woman strength!

1. Kim Sejeong (GUGUDAN)

Kim Sejeong performed what many people didn’t think was possible of her or even male K-pop idols when she carried former Weekly Idol host Defconn on her back. I guess they call her ‘God Sejeong’ for a reason!

2. Goo Hara (Former KARA)

While Goo Hara has a thin frame she’s of the strongest idols out there. On MBC show Sweet Girl, Hara was able to pull a truck using only her body strength, an absolutely incredible feat. Not only is Hara strong, she’s also fast, being one of the finalists in the female 60m sprints during the Idol Star Athletic Championships.

3. Yulhee (Former LABOUM)

When Yulhee competed in KBS’ Let’s Go! Dream Team II: Girl Group Bubble Suit Championship, she was an unstoppable force defeating just about everyone she versed and won in the championship round against Dahee (Former BESTIE member). Since leaving LABOUM she is set to marry FTISLAND’s Minhwan and is also expecting a child, instantly making her one of the strongest mothers in the country.

4. Bomi (Apink)

Bomi is known for her cute and funny personality by most people, but few know about her Taekwondo experience, being a third dan in the sport. She’s appeared on multiple shows presenting her skills by breaking boards but her true strength was shown when she won the 2015 Idol Star Athletic Championships women’s Korean wrestling finals beating Lime from Nine Muses.

5. Soyu (Former SISTAR)

Being a part of SISTAR requires some serious gym time to keep their bodies in shape all year round. Soyu displayed her strength beating out three idols in a row including former members Hyorin and Dasom in an arm wrestling contest. Soyu seriously has a some hidden Kim Jong Kook strength in those arms!

6. Yoona (Girls’ Generation)

You wouldn’t think Yoona is the strongest member of Girls’ Generation with her tall and slim structure but she packs more than a punch. Her nickname is ‘Him Yoona’ meaning ‘Strong Yoona’, and in the past she’s lifted up heavy boxes and been able to carry the other members around on her back. Here’s a moment when she showed her strength in a chicken leg game.

7. Hani (EXID)

Hani’s strength usually comes out at random moments. She’s displayed the power to pick up Kim Heechul while co-hosting Weekly Idol, proven herself a capable swimmer on Let’s Go! Dream Team and threw down FTISLAND’s Lee Hong-gi during a monkey bar game. When comparing raw strength in female idols, Hani is a must.

8. Soyul (Former Crayon Pop)

While it doesn’t look like we’ll see Soyul wrestling any time soon, she definitely left her mark with the time she had. Soyul was the complete underdog in the final on Let’s Go! Dream Team but was able to complete the upset. The commentators were completely surprised with Soyul’s ability and wrestling technique.
