FIFA World Cup is the event on everyone's lips right now, and we know so many idols would be celebrating South Korea's achievements in the tournament so far.

Here's some of the idols we know love the sport and would shine out on the field.

HIGHLIGHT's Doojoon

Doojoon is one of many HIGHLIGHT members who love the world game, and he knows a trick or two as well!

VIXX's Leo

Leo is a massive soccer fan, so we bet he was pleased to get asked to sing the official cheer song for the South Korea national team this year!

SHINee's Minho

Minho's father is a well-known soccer coach so it's no surprise that Minho's a talented football player too. Add to that his competitive nature, and you've got a star athlete!

Xia

Ex-TVXQ! member and now JYJ member Kim Junsu is well-known for his soccer skills. He's even the captain of an all-star subunit of a South Korean football club!

EXO's Xiumin

Xiumin has talked in the past about how he grew up loving to play football. He even showed his skills in the Idol Futsal World Cup!

HIGHLIGHT's Yang Yoseob

Yang Yoseob used to be on the same all-star football team as Xia but had to give up soccer completely after injuring his hand.

BIGBANG's Seungri

Given Seungri's amazing on stage energy, it's no surprise he's excellent on the soccer field too!

HIGHLIGHT's Gikwang

Those HIGHLIGHT members just don't stop with the football talent! Gikwang claims he's more of a team player than Doojoon, but he acknowledges his fellow member has amazing footwork.

Which other K-pop idols do you think have the makings of a football star?
