He is to be questioned by police

According to Korean news reports, Roy Kim has been revealed as the previously unidentified singer 'Kim' in Jung Joon Young's chatroom where illegal hidden camera footage was distributed.

The report states that ballad singer Roy Kim was in a seven-member chatroom which included Jung Joon Young, Choi Jong Hoon and others. At the time of publishing, it had been reported that there are 23 chatrooms and 16 people related to Jung Joon Young's illegal photo and video uploads.

Police will be calling Roy Kim in for a witness interview. Police stated, "As for whether or not he will be booked, that will be reviewed after the questioning".

Roy Kim's agency, Stone Music Entertainment, has issued the following statement: "Roy Kim is currently pursuing his studies in the United States and is adjusting his schedule to return to Korea for questioning as soon as possible. Futhermore, he will diligently participate in the necessary questioning".
