Choi Jong Hoon, Roy Kim and Eddy Kim have all been forwarded to prosecution

Jung Joon Young has been indicted for the violation for the Special Act on Punishment of Sexual Crimes.

He'll be remaining under arrest while his trial is underway. The investigation has found that the singer shared 11 pieces of illegally taken footage on 14 different occasions. He's the first celebrity from Burning Sun-Gate to be indicted.

Choi Jong Hoon, Roy Kim and Eddy Kim - who have all been charged for sharing illegal hidden camera footage in the same chatroom as Jung Joon Young - have had their cases forwarded to prosecution.

Seungri remains under investigation for a number of illegal acts including prostitution mediation, embezzlement, tax evasion and the distribution of illegally taken footage.
