It's been reported that Tencent Pictures is working on an official remake of the popular Korean series. Though the details are still to be nailed down, it's reported that the remake will air in June and have a total of 45 episodes.

Starring Hyeri, Park Bo Gum, Ryu Jun Yeol and Go Kyung Pyo, the show revolving around five friends and their families living in the same neighbourhood in 1988 won over the hearts of the Korean public to the point that it was the highest rated drama in Korean cable television history until this year, when Sky Castle took the top spot.
