They've made it clear to fans the behaviour won't be tolerated

J-pop boy group Hey! Say! JUMP have taken dramatic steps to kerb poor fan behaviour, announcing that they won't be holding an arena tour as previously planned.

The reason given is that though the group wishes to tour, fans' disruptive behaviour on public transport when attending the concerts has caused serious inconvenience to the general public. In the past, the group have asked fans to behave respectfully but it seems the request hasn't been taken on board, thus Hey! Say! JUMP felt it necessary to completely cancel any touring for the year.

The group has said they hope things improve so that they're able to tour next year.
