Jung Joon Young and Choi Jong Hoon will be judged in a joint trial for sexual assault charges currently against them.

The Seoul Central District Court will be combining Choi Jung Hoon's trial for aggravated rape with Jung Joon Young's trial for aggravated assault.

Choi Jong Hoon is facing two charges for aggravated rape, for which he was indicted by the prosecution on June 3. Jung Joon Young has admitted to the allegations for his charges during his first preparatory hearing on May 10. His lawyers requested the joint trial considering the pair's similar charges.

Their second preparatory hearing is scheduled for June 27. If both accused parties attend, it will be their first time meeting in court since their detainment.
