Seoul police have confirmed that former BIGBANG member Seungri's case has been moved onto prosecution in relation to seven charges.
On June 25, police confirmed that the charges include prostitution and prostitution mediation, embezzlement of both Burning Sun funds and attorney fees, destruction of evidence, and violations in different instances of both the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Punishment, etc of Sexual Crimes and the Food Sanitation Act.
Regarding the alleged prostitution mediation at Seungri's birthday party in December 2017, the police have recommended non-indictment to the prosecution.
The next step will be for prosecution to determine whether Seungri is indicted for any charges, which would subsequently lead to a trial.
