A woman who has been suspected of stalking a member of J-pop boy group Hey! Say! JUMP has been arrested.
The woman, who is said to be in her 20s and living in Tokyo, was arrested on suspicion of stalking member Nakajima Yuto. It is reported that she had been issued warnings from the police in the past, but violated said warnings and continued to stalk the idol. Johnny & Associates has confirmed the arrest.
Hey! Say! JUMP recently cancelled an arena tour in an effort to curb inappropriate fan behaviour, as they had been disruptive on public transport when attending the concerts, causing serious inconvenience to the general public.
