SM Entertainment's co-CEO Kim Young Min has shared the entertainment agency's plans for the second half of 2019 as well as next year, in a new interview with The Korea Economic Daily.
In the interview he confirmed that EXO, NCT and Red Velvet will each release studio albums before the end of this year. According to the co-CEO, SM Entertainment artists have already sold about 1.27 million albums in the first half of 2019.
The co-CEO also mentioned that there are plans to debut a new boy group and a new girl group in 2020.
In the meantime, supergroup Super M will be making their debut in October, performing for the first time in Hollywood on October 5 to launch their first mini-album, which will be released on October 4.
