An agreement has been reached between both parties

The legal dispute between Kang Daniel and his former agency LM Entertainment has come to an end according to a statement released by the Korea Entertainment Management Association (CEMA).

The announcement confirmed that Kang Daniel and LM Entertainment reached an agreement through mediation by CEMA and have ended their dispute. The two parties have been in dispute regarding Kang Daniel's exclusive contract with LM Entertainment, which led to court proceedings.

Kang Daniel has withdrawn his lawsuit and injunction request while LM's objection to the injunction has also been withdrawn. LM Entertainment has agreed to Kang Daniel promoting with a new agency and both parties have agreed to terminate their contracts with each other.

A statement released through KONNECT Entertainment (Kang Daniel's new one-man agency) thanked fans for their strength and support and asked for them to look forward to the singer's future work.
