Two individuals who have been under investigation as the sources of leaking CCTV footage of BTS' Jungkook have been forwarded to prosecution.

In October, Big Hit Entertainment took legal action against the parties responsible for leaking CCTV footage of Jungkook, taken during his personal holiday time with friends in Geoje Island. At the time, Big Hit also issued a statement denying Jungkook was dating a female tattoo artist who was in the images leaked online.

According to Geoje Police, the unnamed two include a karaoke business employee, and both have been forwarded with the recommendation to indict them on violating the Personal Information Privacy Act.
