JYP Entertainment have issued a statement on Stray Kids member Han's mental health.

In the statement, the agency have noted that Han is currently "showing symptoms of intermittent psychological anxiety", and while it doesn't affect most of his regular activities like broadcasts and stages, "he feels extreme tension when he is close to groups of people".

Referring to a fan sign event that took place on December 15, which Han left early, the agency said: "His health has greatly improved through active treatment, and considering Han's personal desire to not worry fans, Han appeared in the fan signing event that took place today. Unfortunately he was not able to stay at the event until the end".

The agency also stated that Han has been determined to undergo treatment and all Stray Kids are giving him their support. For the time being, as his symptoms are variable, his schedule will be selective. In the statement they said, "Decisions on whether he will participate in upcoming schedules will be made after Han and the other Stray Kids members have discussed it thoroughly".

Han will not participate in the 2020 Idol Star Athletics Championships taking place on December 16.
