The 34th Golden Disc Awards were held on January 4 & 5 in Seoul, South Korea. The first day awarded the biggest of 2019's digital releases while the second day was dedicated to awards for physical releases.

BTS won deasangs (grand prizes) across both nights, taking home Digital Song of the Year and Album of the Year. It makes them the first artist ever to win both daesangs at the Golden Disc Awards.
