JYP Entertainment has taken another step in their legal actions against the man stalking TWICE member Nayeon.

In a statement shared on January 8, JYP Entertainment confirmed that it has filed criminal charges against the stalker, and that it has also filed for a restraining order to protect Nayeon.

According to the statement, the stalker has continuously attempted to approach Nayeon despite being warned by police several times to not do so. The agency wrote, "The stalker continuously took actions that ignored [the warnings], and he boarded the plane on January 1 on the flight back after carrying out activities abroad, attempted to approach Nayeon again, and caused a major disturbance onboard".
