Seungri has been indicted without detention on three charges: prostitution mediation, habitual gambling and violating the Foreign Exchange Transactions Act.

Seungri, Yang Hyun Suk and nine others associated with the Burning Sun case have been indicted by the Seoul Central District Prosecutors' Office.

Former FT Island member Choi Jong Hoon has also been indicted without detention for expressing will of bribery.

The prosecution has requested for the court to make a judgement without full trail for Jung Joon Young on a charge of receiving prostitution services. They've requested the same for former CEO of Yuri Holdings Yoo In Suk on charges of prostitution mediation for Jung Joon Young, and embezzlement.

Previously, the court had rejected two requests for pre-trial detention warrants for Seungri. The first in May 2019 was based on five charges, and the second in January 2020 was based on seven charges. The three charges for which Seungri has been indicted for now without detention were all included in the January 2020 request.
