BTS performed their special online concert Bang Bang Con: The Live on June 14 and it gained a substantial number of viewers while airing.
The ticketed online concert was broadcast on WeVerse and lasted a little over 1.5 hrs, drawing in over 756,600 viewers from 107 different regions worldwide. The livestream event was held in honour of their 7th anniversary in stead of a Muster concert which would usually be a live opportunity for fans to celebrate BTS' debut.
The special event included new stages fans hadn't seen for songs like "Jamais Vu", "Respect" and "Friend", as well as new choreography for "Boy With Luv" with umbrellas, and a couple of hints at stages they'd been preparing for the Map of the Soul tour that would've been taking place right now.
The hashtag #BangBangConTheLive also trended throughout the event and afterwards, with over 1 million tweets being shared by fans.
Bang Bang Con: The Live was charged at 29,000 won for ARMY membership-holding fans, and 39,000 won for non-members, suggesting ticket revenue will have been over 25 billion won for the concert.
