Have trouble voting during this morning's live broadcast of the 2015 Eurovision Grand Final?

SBS is aware that some Australians received error messages after submitting votes in this year’s Eurovision contest. We have asked the service providers responsible to investigate these issues further with Australian mobile carriers as, while SBS is the broadcaster of Eurovision, we were not responsible for the televoting process. Voting in Australia was managed by local premium service provider MNET, who were engaged by the European Broadcasting Union’s mobile operator Digame, who oversaw the televoting solution for all participating countries. We have been informed that all votes received by Digame within the voting window were counted, but we encourage anyone who is still seeking information or clarification to contact MNET.
