The artist who will represent Australia at the 2016 Eurovision Song Contest in Stockholm, Sweden, in May will be revealed on Thursday March 3 by none other than Conchita Wurst.  


The Queen of Eurovision from Austria (the country who first invited us to join the competition) Conchita Wurstf will unveil Australia’s artist during her one-off concert event with the Sydney Symphony Orchestra, Conchita: From Vienna with Love, which also features special guests Courtney Act, Trevor Ashley & Paul Capsis. This will be followed by a special performance by our brand new Aussie Eurovision star on the iconic Sydney Opera House stage.

The Conchita: From Vienna with Love concert is presented by the Sydney Symphony Orchestra in association with the Austrian National Tourist Office and is an official Sydney Gay & Lesbian Mardi Gras Festival event.
