Humans of Kebab Shops goes behind the sauces, spits and skewers of meat to tell stories of the people and families who make our treasured kebabs, yiros, souvlakis and shawarmas.

We’re travelling the country to share some of these stories. Check back in to follow our journey and the people we meet along the way.

Who’s your local kebab shop owner? Tell us their story #HumansofKebabShops

What really goes on in the world of kebab shops? Kebab Kings is a three-part series that lifts the lid on the great Australian multicultural institution. Starts Wednesday 25 November, 8.30pm on SBS.
