Michael Mohammed Ahmad is the director of SWEATSHOP: Western Sydney Literacy Movement.

Michael Mohammed Ahmad is the director of SWEATSHOP: Western Sydney Literacy Movement and a doctoral candidate with the University of Western Sydney Writing and Society Research Centre. His first novel is The Tribe. In 2015 he was named a Sydney Morning Herald Best Young Australian Novelist.
