SBS Chill's annual 'Chillest 100' is BACK for 2017 - and not on 26th January, but it will instead ring in the New Year, playing across New Year's Day on the first of January, 2017.

While the 1st January date will no doubt be good news for the many in the community frustrated with national celebrations on 26th  January, it's also just a great way to start the year CHILL (and probably help many recover from the night before).

What is the Chillest 100?

The Chillest 100 is the Coolest Countdown of music for the year - a celebration of a diverse array of smooth sounds and artists from around the globe.

Like it's host network SBS Chill, the Chillest 100 crosses musical genres from Acoustic, Jazz, Electronic, Pop and particularly World music tracks that span from bygone decades to current hits. The only criteria is that it's all 'Chill'.

How can you get involved?

SBS needs YOU to vote for your top Chillest tracks of 2016 - and you could be in the running to score a $200 voucher just in time for Christmas.

Your choice of song can be from any artist, any era, any genre or any corner of the globe - the only criteria? They help you fell CHILL.

Cast your vote below - but get in quick - voting closes on 15th December.
