Last weekend, Saturday Night Live continued its coverage of life in a world where Donald Trump is the President-elect, this time tackling his tendency to fire off a barrage of emotional tweets at the drop of a hat.

Trump saw the skit, but failed to see the irony in taking his feelings about it directly to Twitter.

Danielle Muscato - a trans woman and activist - saw Trump's tweet, decided she'd had enough, and proceeded to spend the next two hours dragging him for filth. Over the course of her tweets, she racked up a casual EIGHTY SIX THOUSAND new followers, and after thanking them for the support, she tweeted that she wanted to use the platform for good, suggesting other activist accounts to follow, and offering suggestions about volunteering and donating to worthy causes.

Speaking to HuffPo, Muscato said that she's been "terribly angry" about the election results and feels that she's "hardly alone" in her feelings.

"Amazingly, things are turning out to be worse than I imagined," she continued.

“Trump ran for the wrong reasons, namely, enriching himself," she said. "He never wanted this job, and now that he has it, he’s hoping a ‘fake-it-til-you-make-it’ approach will be sufficient for the most powerful office in the world. He’s wrong, and it’s repulsive.”

She went on to say that she is "absolutely thrilled" to have her message resonate with so many people, adding: "I think these things simply needed to be said, and I absolutely intend to use this platform to continue fighting for good".
