Yes, you heard right - Ricky Martin is engaged, and the lucky man he proposed to is insanely attractive Syrian-born, Swedish-raised artist Jwan Yosef, who he started dating in January.
A gushing Martin appeared on Ellen to spill all the juicy details, saying, “I proposed. I was really nervous, but I got on my knees and I took out the little metal box."

"I just had [the rings] in a little velvet pouch and instead of saying ‘will you marry me’, I said, ‘I got you something!’,” he went on.
“And then he was like, ‘yes?’ I said, ‘I want to spend my life with you,’ and he was like, ‘what is the question?’ ‘Would you marry me?’ That’s it… It was very beautiful. And then like 30 minutes after, I said, ‘Wait, did you say yes?’ Yes, he said yes.”
But while the studio audience seemed enamoured with his tale, the reaction on social media has been a mix of heartbroken, horny and an awkward case of mistaken identity.
There was plenty of jealousy going around on Twitter:
"Ricky Martin and his boyfriend are engaged"
"Ricky Martin is getting married, why is life so unfair?"
"He's already engaged and I'm like"
Then there were those who were swooning anyways:
