Members of the trans community have taken to social media to reflect on their personal growth since transitioning.

Sharing their before-and-after photos on Twitter, users are sharing their stories with the alternating captions, "If you wanna be a girl, you can just be a girl" and "If you wanna be a boy, you can just be a boy."

"Jumping on this Twitter trend rn but also to clarify: I didn’t just 'want” to be a boy, I am a boy," one man wrote, sharing his photos.

Another added: "if you wanna be butch you can just be butch. Yes, even if you're a trans woman."

A gender-fluid Twitter user also shared their snaps, writing: "If you want to be a boy and a girl at the same time you can just be both."

The trend makes for a super joyful feed of kind comments, support and mutual respect. Not to mention the stunning looks.

Basically, it's ideal for a wholesome Friday pick-me-up.
