According to Dalglish, the former Central Coast Mariners player is becoming "one of the finest players in the UK".

"He is maturing into one of the finest players in the UK, in the role he plays just off the main striker," Dalglish told The Sunday Post.

"If he is fit, he brings so much more quality to the Hoops."

Rogic has two goals and four assists in eight matches so far in the Scottish Premiership this season and has been a key member of Celtic's side, which currently sits in third on the table.

Rogic's Aussie teammate Daniel Arzani has yet to play for Celtic's first team this season, however there are rumours that he could feature in tomorrow's match (AEDT) against Dundee off the bench.
