She does a hair whip like no other and French/American beauty Yazemeenah Rossi puts her skill to work in a breathtaking new advertising campaign.
The 60-year-old model is the face of BLNDN hair care products and recently posed for a series of striking promotional images.
In one she is seen tossing her waist-length locks over one shoulder while in another she pulls off an elegant 70’s style jumpsuit.
The Malibu based grandmother started carving out a career for herself in her late 20s and more than three decades on is still a force to be reckoned with in the very age-sensitive industry.
She has campaigns for brands including Hermes, YSL, Jil Sander and Macy's under her belt and in 2012 was featured by UK supermarket and clothing giant Marks and Spencer.
Born on the Mediterranean island of Corsica, Yazemeenah moved to the US at the age of 45 to tap into their market for more mature models.
She very much bucks the trend that sees most clothes horses retire around age 30, and in fact says she feels happier and more confident in her skin now than she did in her 20s.
She also believes you don’t have to be chasing your younger years to look and feel youthful and told Complexd magazine, “Being in touch with your youth does not mean dressing like you’re 15 years old. It is about rekindling that spirit, curiosity and adventurous nature you had when you were much younger.
“Mature women are discouraged from feeling young at heart and it is a shame because it can suppress you if you have a young energy, which is connected to your youthfulness. In my opinion this is what keeps us alive."
While her passion and mentality has much to do with Yazemeenah’s glowing looks, she is also a passionate foodie and nature lover who swears by an organic diet and an avocado a day.
