Serena Williams is a global icon but despite her very public status, Williams is actually an intensely private person.

Until now.

A new documentary is set to give us a up close look at a player many consider the greatest of all time.  And much like Serena itself, the trailer looks FIERCE!

Debuting on 22 June, it takes the viewer into a year with the Queen of the Court as she chased herstory and the illusive calendar slam in 2015.

"I've had people put me down because I didn't look like them. I look stronger. I've had people look past me because of the color of my skin. I've had people overlook me because I was a woman. I've had critics say I will never win another Grand Slam when I was only at No. 7, and now here I stand today with 21 Grand Slam titles—and I'm still going."

It is also set to take the viewer beyond the court and give some insight into her personal life, including her strong relationship with older sister Venus.

Released on EPIX, "Serena: The Other Side of Greatness" is set to be truly epic.
