I'm often asked about my meal plans and what I eat that allows me to perform at such a high level of rugby. Nutrition has such a main role in fitness and sport, and I'd like readers to know that bulking, getting lean and achieving those body goals can be done with the right attitude and meal plan.
I always want to help others to achieve their goals and 'reach for the stars'. I genuinely believe that nothing is out of reach of you keep believing and want it more than anyone else. This motivational thinking has got to me to where I am today.
But another source of support has been my mum. Remember to love and respect your parents, because they are the greatest blessings who have given you life on Earth.
