Hi Guys,

It's been great to be asked to share my experiences and give my opinion on women in sport today and what it means to me. I hope you enjoy some of the stories that me and Team Zela have come up with.

As an Australian Crossfitter and Weightlifter, I believe that it's important for women to stand proud and follow their passion in whatever it maybe.

In order for an individual to feel successful and satisfied in life, there needs to be a goal. Sometimes there are barriers that we need to overcome, like body image, but combating those barriers are what makes the end result more rewarding. Enjoy the journey, follow your dreams and don't let anyone or anything hold you back.

Embrace the power of determination and desire to succeed.

Thanks,

Tia
