Whilst she may be able to find her way to the touchline, we put her to the test this week to see if she could handle our quick shots.

Tell me a little about yourself.

I live in Brisbane, am 20 years old and am a registered nurse. I come from a big family and I am the world's best auntie.

When did you start playing touch football?

I started playing touch football when I was in grade 6 and I was 11 years old.

What has been your favourite moment in women's sport this year?

There’s been a few favourite moments. Personally, winning the Elite 8 with the Broncos and then winning the recent Trans Tasman in New Zealand.

More broadly, it was awesome to see the announcement of the AFL’s National Women’s competition starting next year too! There will be more favourite moments to come I think with the upcoming Olympics, especially from the Australian women's rugby 7's team!

When I'm not playing touch football I am…..?

Working, socialising or napping!

Tell us some of your touch football achievements.

I first represented my state, Queensland, when I was 12 and then made my first Australian team when I was 14.  Favourite achievements would be making the Australian Women’s Opens Team for the first time when I was 19 and winning the Elite 8 for the past 2 years in a row.

Favourite Taylor Swift song?

I'm a big Fan of Tay Tay, so don’t really have a favourite. I love her Album RED.

Do you watch Game of Thrones - who is your favourite character?

I missed the whole Game of Thrones bandwagon. I’ve been meaning to watch it though!

Where do you see yourself in 5 years time?

Hopefully retired after winning the Lotto.

Favourite sport other than touch football?

Rugby 7’s, rugby league and netball.

Who was your hero/heroine growing up?

Growing up it was probably my sister, she was always better than me at everything (and still is). Then there would be Sharon Williams and Kelly Woods both previous Aussie Open players.

What's your warm up song?

Don’t really have one, it’s usually whatever the team songs are!

What are you watching/streaming on TV right now?

Orange Is The New Black.

Are you a cat or a dog person?

Dog person.

If someone were to make a movie about your life, who would play you?

My favourite actress would be Sandra Bullock so possibly her.

Touch football seems to be a real family, has this been your experience with the sport?

Yes, definitely. If I am ever travelling with the sport and my family can’t make it, the other girls' parents take over that role and become my second family. The friends I’ve made through touch football will be mates for life.
