 Four Australian surfers remain in contention for the Margaret River Pro title, with the title set to be decided today.

Conditions have picked up at Margaret River after three successive lay days.

Six-time world champ Stephanie Gilmore, Sally Fitzgibbons, Tyler Wright and Laura Enever are all competing in the quarter-finals.

Stephanie Gilmore and Laura Enever will join Sally Fitzgibbons and Tyler Wright as four Aussies through to the quarter finals at the Margaret River Pro.

It's the first time Enever has reached the quarter final stage since the Fiji event in 2015. But for Gilmore, she will be looking for her first semi final berth this year after reaching the quarter finals at both Bells Beach and Snapper Rocks.

Tyler Wright nabbed a wave in the final 30 seconds of Round 3, heat 4 against Stephanie Gilmore and Bronte Macaualy to win and advance into the quarter finals of the Margaret River Pro.

Stephanie Gilmore had the edge over Tyler Wright and Bronte Macaulay for most of the heat before Wright nailed a final wave.
