Hranislav Nikolic reports from the official launch of the Australia-Serbia archeological project Pannonia lead by Professor Richard Miles, Head of the School of Philosophical and Historical Inquiry, University of Sydney. Team will participate in the phase 1 archeological excavations in Sremska Mitrovica, Serbia, commencing 26 June 2017. The Pannonia Project is led by the University of Sydney in partnership with Institute of Archaeology, Belgrade, Museum of Sremska Mitrovica, Institute for the Protection of Monuments, Mayoral Office of Sremska Mitrovica and Regional Council of Srem.
