  • Turbot Man - Michel Adrien is the world king of turbot farming. His group, Groupe Adrien, has twenty subsidiaries among them, Turbot-France and Marinove, a fleet of trawlers in Senegal and Peru has a staff of 2,500 and an annual turnover of approximately $320 million (US Dollars). This has made Michel Adrien, former fisherman, a wealthy man. Michel Adrien believes that one of his key achievements has been flying live turbot to Hong Kong using a process called dry transportation for the Asian market. His latest goal is to sell and export live turbot fry to Asian countries, an enormous project set up on a farm in Noirmoutier. A sex addict has followed her trial since the beginning, and is completely besotted by her. He visits Ms. Markus in prison and promises her that he'll wait for her. As she is transferred to a woman's prison in Styria, he stages a hold-up, kills a guard and helps her escape. Can Rex sniff out the murderous couple?   • Judge Roban returns to his office to find Pierre Clément standing in the middle of the room. Clément had been searching for the murdered girl's diary to pass on to his friend Benoît. As it happens, the judge comes back to get the diary so he can work on it at home that night. Pierre Clément unwittingly tells Benoît Faye who later tells Michel, a Romanian pimp who supplies him with drugs and, lo and behold, later that night, the diary is stolen from the judge's home. The baby murder case continues with the grandparents (the mother's parents-in-law) lodging a complaint against their daughter-in-law Ghislaine for neglect.   • The Gift Of Life - In Episode 6, The Gift of Life, JP and Clara, after spending an unforgettable and romantic night with Gilles, are somewhat taken aback when he stops seeing them and later find out a young and pretty Japanese woman has moved in with him. They decide to forget him until Gilles tells Clara that Kaori is an old friend and that he is going to work with her. One night, when he meets Clara on the stairs, he tells her he wants to see her again. The initial attraction that he had for JP has now shifted to Clara. Clara, who is aware of JP's feelings for Gilles, does not want to tell him she's seeing Gilles. She prefers to lie to him and play hide and seek games with him.
