In this three-part series, comedian Alex Lee (a huge coward) faces her worst nightmares to get to the heart of fear. She’ll use VR to overcome her rat phobia, do a hair-raising interview on a rollercoaster, meet a man with a unique phobia of the cosmos and even jump out of a plane. Along the way she'll talk to experts to discover if the culture of fear is real, or if it's all in her head.
