John Earl Jelks was an actor most recognized for his roles in dramatic film. Jelks began his career with roles in "Law & Order: Special Victims Unit" (NBC, 1999-) and "Compensation" (2000) featuring Michelle A Banks. He then acted in the crime drama "Miracle at St. Anna" (2008) with Derek Luke and "Blue Bloods" (CBS, 2010-). More recently, Jelks acted in the thriller "Enter the Dangerous Mind" (2015) with Jake Hoffman.
