Nick travels from Mount Vesuvius to Mount Etna on a journey from Naples to Sicily. He passes Pompeii and hears how the nearby town of Herculaneum was also buried in ash. His attempt to get close to Mount Etna in a tiny gyrocopter proves a bad choice.
