Roy Clayton of the FBI heads up an investigation into an international conspiracy of great danger. Each clue seems to point to former US Special Ops officer Samir Horn, who turns out to be actively involved in selling explosives to Jihadis. Horn and three others plot to place bombs in 50 Greyhound buses - one for each State of the US, confident of evading governmental resistance.
