Statement from SBS Chairman Joseph Skrzynski AO and Managing Director Michael Ebeid on the passing of Christopher Pearson

We pay tribute to former SBS Board member Christopher Pearson on his passing.  

Mr Pearson served as a member of the SBS Board for eight years from 2003 until October 2011.

During this time, Mr Pearson contributed greatly to the development of SBS, drawing generously on his extensive industry background to help to steer the organisation through a period of change and challenge for the media sector.

Mr Pearson was an incredibly well-respected member of the SBS Board and his counsel and input valued enormously.

Mr Pearson will be missed by the SBS family.
