The Nordic warriors with an insatiable appetite for brutal warfare, unrestrained passion, fierce alliances and ruthless betrayals have announced a third season which will air on SBS ONE in 2015.

Starring Australia’s own Travis Fimmel and Alyssa Sutherland, the untold saga of the dramatic lives of the 8th century Vikings series two is currently airing each Monday at 8.30pm on SBS ONE. 

Vikings is brought to life by a talented team headed up by internationally renowned historical storyteller Michael Hirst (Academy-Award winning Elizabeth, Emmy, Golden Globe nominated The Tudors). Vikings series two currently airing in the US is a ratings winner with over 3.4 million viewers tuning in each week.

Season three of this acclaimed drama promises to immerse loyal fans even deeper into the exploits of the fearless Viking warriors who are willing to risk it all for conquest and power.
