Policies

Requests for access to documents under the FOI Act should be made in writing to SBS. Requests should be sent to:

The FOI Act also requires SBS to publish a range of information under the Information Publication Scheme (IPS). SBS’s IPS entry can be accessed here.

SBS is also required by the FOI Act to publish on its website a disclosure log listing information which has been released in response to a request for access to an SBS document under the FOI Act. This requirement has applied since 1 May 2011. The SBS disclosure log can be accessed here.
